Licence grant
Subject to an active agreement and your compliance with its terms, SenroPay grants authorised users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the enabled software, dashboard, APIs, SDKs and documentation for the organisation’s internal business purposes.
No source code, ownership right or broader licence is granted except where open-source components carry their own licences.
Authorised users and credentials
Your organisation is responsible for approving users, assigning suitable permissions, removing access promptly when roles change and keeping credentials, API keys and authentication devices secure.
Each user must use an individual account where provided. Shared passwords, credential resale and unauthorised account access are prohibited.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may integrate and use enabled features according to our documentation and your commercial agreement. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights.
Updates, dependencies and feedback
We may update interfaces, security requirements and documentation to improve reliability, meet provider requirements or address risk. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes according to the applicable agreement.
Third-party services and open-source components may be governed by separate terms. You grant SenroPay permission to use voluntary feedback without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without consent.
Data, monitoring and security
You retain rights in data you lawfully submit. You authorise SenroPay and approved service providers to process it as required to deliver, secure, support and improve the service and to comply with law.
We may monitor service use, logs and security events to protect the platform, investigate incidents and enforce applicable limits.
Term, suspension and termination
This licence begins when access is granted and ends when the underlying agreement or authorised access ends. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, suspected fraud, legal requirement or non-payment under the applicable agreement.
On termination, you must stop using the software and protect or return confidential materials. Provisions intended to survive termination—including ownership, confidentiality and limitations—continue to apply. Questions may be sent to legal@senropay.com.
