Regulatory transparency

A clear operating model for every market.

SenroPay activates payment services only where the required licences, approvals, acquiring arrangements and regulated partner relationships are in place. The exact legal and funds-flow structure is disclosed before a merchant goes live.

01

Market-by-market authorisation

Payments regulation is jurisdiction-specific. For each market, SenroPay confirms the services being provided, the contracting entity, the applicable regulatory permissions and the licensed or regulated institutions participating in processing and settlement. We do not treat one approval as permission to operate everywhere.

02

Technology and regulated payment rails

SenroPay provides the merchant-facing integration, orchestration and operational layer. Payment processing, acquiring, safeguarding and settlement are performed under the applicable authorised arrangement for the selected market and payment method. The orchestration technology does not itself replace the licences required to move or safeguard money.

03

Merchant funds flow

A customer initiates payment through the merchant experience. SenroPay securely routes the payment instruction to the approved processor, acquirer, bank, mobile-money operator or other regulated provider. Funds are then processed, safeguarded where required and settled to the merchant according to the merchant agreement and settlement schedule.

04

Onboarding disclosure

Before production activation, each merchant receives the enabled countries, currencies and payment methods; the relevant contracting and regulated entities; settlement timing and currency; reserve or risk terms where applicable; refund and dispute procedures; and the allocation of operational and compliance responsibilities.

05

Merchant due diligence

Production access is subject to business verification, website review, beneficial-ownership and authorised-representative checks, risk assessment, prohibited-business screening and any additional requirements imposed by the relevant provider or regulator. A functional business website is required for online-payment processing.
