Acceptance and scope
These terms govern access to the SenroPay website and any service, documentation, sandbox, dashboard or integration made available under them. By using the relevant service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
Commercial payment services may require a separate signed merchant, partner or service agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Service availability and positioning
SenroPay provides payment technology and orchestration capabilities. Availability of any country, currency, payment method, connector, payout route or feature depends on technical configuration, due diligence, provider approval, commercial terms and applicable regulation.
Nothing on this website is a promise that SenroPay is a bank, deposit-taking institution, card scheme, mobile network operator or licensed payment service provider in every market. The applicable operating and funds-flow model will be disclosed during onboarding.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use services only for lawful activities, follow integration and security instructions, maintain required licences and approvals, and promptly report suspected compromise or misuse.
You may not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, evade controls, process prohibited activity or misrepresent your relationship with SenroPay or any payment provider.
Fees, transactions and third parties
Fees, settlement, reserves, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and service levels will be set out in the applicable commercial agreement. Transactions may be processed by third-party providers subject to their rules, availability and decisions.
SenroPay is not responsible for a third party’s independent decision to approve, decline, delay, reverse or investigate a transaction.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
SenroPay and its licensors retain all rights in the website, platform, software, documentation, brand and related materials. No ownership transfers to you. You may use materials only as permitted by these terms or a written agreement.
Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.
Liability, suspension and law
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential loss under these website terms. Any contractual liability cap will be stated in the applicable commercial agreement.
We may suspend access to protect users, systems, providers or the public, or to comply with law. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nairobi unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
